KING5 News - Special Needs Boy Abused at School

Who is going to hold the schools accountable for these incidents?  I’m searching for the watchdog group.  I don’t think there is one.  If I hadn’t seen it myself the one time I stepped foot into a local public school, I may not believe how often the abuse occurs.  Thank you to KING5 for reporting on it.
